The Wende is pleased to partner with NEW WAVE and AZN AMERICANA to be part of their New Wave: A Rising Tide event. Throughout the day, we will showcase photography and video footage from the Vietnamese New Wave community of the 80s, as well as host panel discussions, a zine workshop, and a happy hour. This program will feature a full-day celebration of Vietnamese American creativity and highlight the importance of preserving Asian American stories.
