About The Side Woo
The Side Woo podcast was created by artist Sarah Thibault to open a frank dialogue about the overlaps of mental health, the metaphysical, and creativity as a way to understand how one builds a sustainable creative life, and to shine a light on the ways artists overcome trauma and adversity.
The times we live in are overwhelming. The Side Woo seeks to foster connection and understanding where there is a natural inclination to self-alienate and divide out of fear about the future. By perpetuating care through conversations and disarming the isms in ourselves and our communities, we can create a blueprint for dismantling the structures that no longer serve us.
