In Conversation: Adee Roberson, Azikiwe Mohammed, and Essence Harden

In conjunction with the exhibition Adee Roberson and Azikiwe Mohammed: because i am that, artists Adee Roberson and Azikiwe Mohammed and curator Essence Harden discuss the subjects of the works on view; the artists’ investments in Black temporality, movement, and rest; and the act of creating an interdisciplinary installation together. The evening concludes with a sound performance by each artist, as they extend the exhibition toward the sonic.
