Jenny Yurshansky: Rinsing the Bones Free Workshops + Artist and Curator Tours

There are two workshops that you can participate in:

1. Unfolded Narratives: Open to all ages, this workshop combines fortune-teller making and drawing to create a visual interpretation of your own family history. Walk up anytime, no time-slot required!  

2. Rinsing the Bones: Bring a small family memento to the Propeller Gallery. Your item will be 3D-scanned and replicated in a bone-like material for future iterations of the project and you'll interview with Jenny to briefly share the story behind the object. Portions of these interviews will be engraved onto X-ray film, reminiscent of the “bone records” used to share forbidden sound in the Soviet Union. Time-slots required for scanning and interview process, please register in advance.
