Through painting, sculpture and performance Lara Schnitger's work addresses issues relating to feminism, identity, and sexuality. Known for her Suffragette City performances, Schnitger integrates her sculpture, banners, and quilts into social events that resemble street performance, demonstration, and protest marches.
